People often pay more attention to their bodies, yet neglect their souls. Our bodies will shrivel-up, but our souls will last forever.
Proverbs 31:30, “Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.”
1 Samuel 16:7, ” But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.”
Our souls are of tremendous worth.
Yes, more precious of the rarest commodities on Earth.
The devil knows Christians can do great deeds.
By spreading the gospel of love and assisting with needs.
God purchased us, through his one and only son.
He gave us an eternal soul before time begun.
What’s at stake, if our soul is lost?
Have we ever considered the eternal cost?
Often, we act as though, we’re in control.
We pet and pamper our bodies; yet, neglect our soul.
Though outwardly, our bodies are wasting away.
Yet, if we live in Jesus, we’ll be renewed everyday.
We must remember this world will be destroyed.
Those who possess delusions of grandeur will be devoid.
The whole world is a prisoner, and the devil wants control.
What can be profited, if we lose our soul?
